Succeeding chapters present step-by-step surgical techniques encompassing anterior, anterolateral, posterior, and posterolateral approaches, separately and in sequence. Minimally invasive techniques and peripheral nerve procedures, including the brachial plexus, lumbosacral plexus, and individual nerves are covered independently, following the same organization.
